The Book Store plugin lets you create a clean, consolidated copy of your FrameMaker project in the location of your choice. In addition, you can use this tool to globally delete unnecessary files from your project's source directory.
Features
- When the tool is executed, all the component files in the source project are copied and centralized into a single destination (storage) directory. Any image files or text insets imported into the project are copied into subdirectories of the destination directory, and all associated file paths are then corrected. When the procedure is complete, the storage folder contains only the files used by your project.
- You can specify the names and location of the storage, image, and text inset folders from the Book Store dialog box. Comprehensive error-checking functionality ensures that you do not use illegal characters in your folder names, or attempt to create a stored book using an invalid file path or over an existing folder.
- The cleanup feature allows you to recursively remove many common extraneous files from your source directory (and subdirectories) at the click of a button. You can use this feature independently of the storage function.
